Abstract (English) |
Bayes code is one of the wellknowm universal codes.Bayes code has Bayes optimality in point of minimization of mean redundancy.Sources with piecewise constant parameters are one of nonstationary sources.These sources have abruptly changing parameters.Conventionally, nonpredictive Bayes coding for these sources is shown.In this paper, we propose a predictive Bayes coding algorithm.The computational complexity of the algorithm increases quadratically.Then, we increase the efficiency of the algorithm. |
