Abstract (English) |
The Selective-Repeat ARQ scheme is capableof providing superior throughput performance independentof round trip delay, but requires excessively large receiverbuffers. There are many researches about Selective-RepeatARQ schemes with finite-length receiver buffer. We formulatea Selective-Repeat ARQ scheme based on statisticaldecision theory, and derive ARQ scheme which maximizesthroughput with receiver buffer size, round trip delay, blockerror rate. |
