Dlsarte proposed LP bounds for Orthogonal Arrays (OAs) and error-correcting codes. In OAs, the LP bounds are good bounds, but can only be applied to special case. In this paper, we propose LP bounds which can be applied to all OAs. And we show numerical examples of the proposed bounds. |
