Abstract (English) |
Polar codes are proved to achieve Shannon Capacity in low computational complexity. However its performance at finite lengths is not so high compared to other codes such as LDPC codes. For purpose of improving the performance of the Polar codes, various research have been studied, both in encoders and decoders. In this paper, we propose a parallel concatenation and iterative decoding scheme using Polar codes. In this scheme, unfrozen bits of a information sequence are interleaved and encoded by a polar encoder. Then Iterative decoder exchanges posterior probability of the unfrozen bits using BP algorithm. |
