Abstract
(English)
There are many research on selective-repeat ARQ method. In many previous research purposes have been to maximize a throughput on the number of messages delivered to a user. But a decoding error was neglected under the condition that a decoding error probability was very small. In this research we use Markov decision processes to represent the selective-repeat ARQ with finite receiver buffer. And we derive a new method which maximizes a throughput on the number of messages delivered to the user correctly.
